This post is sponsored by Tempaper but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Welcome to week four of my Fall 2022 ORC Master Closet Remodel. This week I am halfway to the finish line and things are looking better. You know I love patterns and colors Last week I brought the color. Today I am bringing you the pattern with my Tempaper removable Zebra wallpaper install.

The Plan
Take a look at the mood board of where we are headed. Below is where we left off. Last week was fresh new color on all the built-ins. Now it’s time for some pattern. I will be doing this with the addition of Tempaper removable wallpaper in two separate Zebra prints.
My good friends at Tempaper were kind enough to gift me two different zebra print removable wallpapers to use on this project. The Zebra Marble paper is going on the ceiling. The Zebras in Love is going on the walls (affiliate links.)
The Ceiling
I started the installation with the ceiling since that was something new for me. I decided to work across the shorter distance of the ceiling since I figured it would be easier to work with the shorter strips of wallpaper. Cutting the paper on the floor makes matching the pattern on each panel easier. Cut each panel about 3″ longer than you’ll need so you have room for some adjustment. As you are cutting be sure to label each panel with the order and which end to start with.
Now, time to get it on the ceiling. I have installed lots of Tempaper but never on the ceiling so this was a bit of a learning curve. Start by getting one end loosely attached to the ceiling and then work down the edge to get the patterns matched up. Gravity is working against you on the ceiling so you may also need to peel off more backing paper than you normally would on a wall application.
With a little patience and a few rest breaks, I managed to get the ceiling papered fairly quickly. I think the results are pretty good for the first try. We’ll work on perfection later.
The Walls
For the wall, start with the same step of matching and cutting the panels on the floor. Then use a long level to mark the center of the wall with a level line to start from. This ensures your wallpaper is hung perfectly verticle and centered on the wall.
Hang the panel starting at the top and smooth from the top center and work your way down and out. The second panel will go up just the same. Be sure to match the leading edge to the first panel before completely smoothing it down. If you don’t get it perfect the first time it is fine to peel it up and try again.
Once complete use a sharp cutting blade and a straight edge to cut the excess and you are all done. I love using Tempaper because there is no paste to deal with and no messy cleanup.
The Completed Paper
Now step back and admire your work! I am loving the contrast of the finished Zebra papers.

I wasn’t sure about the wallpapers but they look fabulous! The paint color is a great compliment to them!
Many thanks for these terrific email updates ?

Glad I made you a believer Barabara, I think a black-and-white pattern is easier to digest if you are scared about mixing patterns.
