Getting down to the wire for my One Room Challenge Dining Room makeover so I’ll keep it short this week because I have a million things still to do.
For those of you who are new to this, the One Room Challenge is a twice yearly event hosted by Linda of Calling It Home. During this event twenty design bloggers take on the challenge to transform one space in just six weeks. Every Wednesday, the designers document their progress while sharing their sources and professional advice. In addition to following along, everyone with a blog, (that’s me!) is welcome to join the fun as a guest participant by linking their own room transformations to Calling It Home.
Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4
This week I finished painting all the shelves and door for the built ins. I even painted the outlet covers that are going to be on the darker part of the wall.
I also installed the “new” vintage hardware and got the door rehung. The look pretty fab!
I’ve also decided what to do with the stencil but you’ll have to wait until next weeks big reveal to find out what that is.
