Happy #ThriftScoreThursday guys! I have to tell you this week your going to feel a little green with envy over my thrift finds. Well you’ll be feeling green at least, because I certainly was. It seems like every where I turned this week I was finding pretty green numbers. I even found a faux succulent for $1 at the Goodwill, I think it may be some Target surplus but I’m fine with that…and it was green.
I found some light minty green goodies…
and deep green beauties, how amazing is this malachite tray I got for just $1?
But my favorite score was this clock and lamp set I found at an estate sale for just $10 and the clock keeps perfect time! I love them but of course now I’m on the hunt for lamp shades which will surely cost me five times what I paid for the lamps… Oh well, those little gold deer deserve some shade.
Now let’s have a closer at a few finds of yours I’m green with envy over…
But first for the new comers let me explain just what #ThriftScoreThursday is. We want you to participate! Hit up your local thrift stores, craigslist, yard sales, estate sales, side of the road, anything! Thrifty doesn’t necessarily mean from a thrift store. We want to see your good deals, wacky finds and true treasures.
You can share your finds any day of the week but features are shared on our blogs and Instagram on Thursdays, but we’re all checking in on (and using!) the hashtag all week-long. So, when you see/find it, feel free to share it! And we love it when you tag your friends to play along, too!
Each week Cassie from Primitive and Proper, Corinna from A Designer At Home, Brynne from The Gathered Home, myself and occasionally a guest-host will pick a few favorite thrift scores to feature on our blogs! Please note that by linking up with #ThriftScoreThursday, you are giving us permission to share your finds via social media or on our blogs.
My Favorites:
cate_stylemutthome spent her mini staycation nabbing a leather and brass chair off of her local Craigslist and turned an old MCM lamp into a plant stand. I love both of these piece but I am drooling over that plant stand.
jessicadwolf made great use of her coffee table shadow box for her vintage ashtray collection she’s been collecting for years. I’m thinking I may need to start a new collection…I just love the colors on these!
greensprucedesigns shared this thrifted Art and pottery for #i?bluedecor, I have to say I love this blue decor too.
Circadee found this fantastic fringed patio umbrella, just the thing to kickstart an outdoor makeover. I bet it’s going to be a whole lot of fun when it’s done!
Great thrifting everyone, now get out there and do some hunting for next week…
Now don’t forget to stop by and see all my co-hosts to find out what they’ve been up to and their favorite #ThriftScoreThursday finds.

I need that malachite tray! And that fabulous umbrella reminds me of my mom. Love it

Thanks lady! The umbrella reminds me of my childhood too, think that is why I loved it so much.

Yes, I AM green with jealousy, because that malachite tray is SCREAMING my name! 😀 I love all your green finds this week – maybe your next thrifting trip will turn up the perfect lampshades!
And I can’t get over the fact that we chose the exact same features this week! I agree, let’s buy and decorate a home halfway between us and then we can meet there and go thrift store shopping together… Plan?

Great plan but let’s research where the best thrift store are before we decide on location.
