Thrift Score Thursday No. 116

I know all my thrifters out there know what it’s like to see that find that takes your breath away. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad and sometimes it just plain ugly. When I run across these items I just can’t help but take a photo so I can remember the things I didn’t buy. These photos are of things that baffle my mind that they were ever purchased in the first place. The things that you just don’t know what to say about. The things that are just so out there you kind of love them anyway but can’t for the life of you decide where they could live peacefully. Things I didn’t buy, This #TriftScoreThursday is dedicated to you!

This living room set is so over the top I kind of love it. Finds like these make me wish I was a set designer and had just the right genre I needed to fit so I could snap this up. I’m thinking Boogie Nights 2 might be the perfect set.

I love vintage needlework but this craft project is not exactly what I’m usually looking for.

They always refer to Jesus as the light but I think this chandelier may have taken that a bit too literally.

I’m not one of those people who is scared of clowns but these clowns pretty much clarify why people find them creepy. Whether it’s Ronald Mcdonald’s secret love child, a 3D poltergeist clown coming to tell you the time, or the “Sexy Clown” who you DO NOT want at you kid’s birthday party, none of these will ever be making it to my house from the thrift store.

And that’s just a few tings I didn’t buy.
