This week my thrift scores were blessed! Finding a “Last Supper” paint by number is a blessing, especially at $11, but this is actually the second one I’ve scored this year. I guess that means I am a doubly blessed and this week the blessing kept coming with lots of cute coordinating finds.
I love paint by numbers especially the early ones that are full of these retro 1950’s colors, lucky for me my other finds all seemed to fall into the same color range.
A pair of needlepoint butterflies I found for just $3 pretty in pink and aqua make a good match with the same gold frames.
and a pair of party plates with matching tea cups covered in pink and aqua retro daisies make me want to serve a little supper.
Hope the blessings keep coming…
Now let’s have a closer look at what you guys found …
But first for the new comers let me explain just what #ThriftScoreThursday is. We want you to participate! Hit up your local thrift stores, craigslist, yard sales, estate sales, side of the road, anything! Thrifty doesn’t necessarily mean from a thrift store. We want to see your good deals, wacky finds and true treasures.
You can share your finds any day of the week but features are shared on our blogs and Instagram on Thursdays, but we’re all checking in on (and using!) the hashtag all week-long. So, when you see/find it, feel free to share it! And we love it when you tag your friends to play along, too!
Each week Cassie from Primitive and Proper, Corinna from A Designer At Home, Brynne from The Gathered Home, myself and occasionally a co-host will pick a few favorite thrift scores to feature on our blogs! Please note that by linking up with #ThriftScoreThursday, you are giving us permission to share your finds via social media or on our blogs.
My Favorites:
househomemade found this dresser at a thrift store and the addition of legs and paint made it amazing. Now it’s found a home in her best friend’s nursery. The yellow is so sweet for any baby’s room.
teranj26 wanted this tufted beauty so badly but her man said it was gross! Surely something must wrong with him! I say get rid of the man keep the sofa or at least give it to me.
maras_market found this fun phone at a local church sale for just $1. It’s pink need I say more…
This week reneephill shared her first #thriftscorethursday find this $11 bamboo wine rack. I love anything bamboo and if it holds wine, even better. Glad you decided to share!
Great scores everyone and I think they all fit nicely into my paint by number blessed color scheme…
Now don’t forget to stop by and check out all my co-hosts to see what they’ve been up and their favorite #ThriftScoreThursday finds.

You could do a painting of the pink phone, it would be a good match for your typewriter painting. 🙂 And OMG THAT TUFTED SOFA. So good.

I have actually been pondering just that! I was thinking of a whole collection of vintage pastel appliances. Phones, radios, clocks. I actually have a Vintage Pastels board on Pinterest where I have been collecting my favorites, Now I just need to find the time to actually do it.
Alexandra
I just looked at you pastel vintage board, and how great is that green bakelite radio?!! 😀

I hope the blessings keep coming for you, too! My mom has a really neat brass last summer piece. The frame, people, table are all one single piece of brass and the background is mirror. I love that thing! I hope to score one myself eventually. <3

Perfect! I always love the way your collections of finds coordinate together! The colors in that Last Supper painting are beautiful – love it!
