Happy #ThriftScoreThursday my friends. I seem to be running a streak of finding cute little mid-century brass and wood numbers. You may see a glimpse of my plant stand finds from a few weeks ago in the background. So last week when I ran across this cute condiment caddy at the thrift store for $3, I couldn’t help myself. Okay and found the cutest little tiger at an estate sale that wanted to be in today’s mix as well.
When I saw the three glazed pots on this guy I immediately thought it would make a cute planter but really you could use it for all kinds of things, like jewelry, candy, or if you wanted to get wild and crazy, condiments!
Look how great the details are, Le Tigre likes it!
and so do my succulents…
Now let’s have a closer look at what you guys found …
But first for the new comers let me explain just what #ThriftScoreThursday is. We want you to participate! Hit up your local thrift stores, craigslist, yard sales, estate sales, side of the road, anything! Thrifty doesn’t necessarily mean from a thrift store. We want to see your good deals, wacky finds and true treasures.
You can share your finds any day of the week but features are shared on our blogs and Instagram on Thursdays, but we’re all checking in on (and using!) the hashtag all week-long. So, when you see/find it, feel free to share it! And we love it when you tag your friends to play along, too!
Each week Cassie from Primitive and Proper, Corinna from A Designer At Home, Brynne from The Gathered Home, myself and this week guest co-host Bonnie from Revolutionaries Market will pick a few favorite thrift scores to feature on our blogs! Please note that by linking up with #ThriftScoreThursday, you are giving us permission to share your finds via social media or on our blogs.
My Favorites:
First off this zebra from suite22antiques would look totally awesome with Le Tigre!
and don’t get me started on this globe frugalfarmhouse scored for just $4. You have seen my living room right?
mostlymidmodern found this safari chair and huge floor vase from West Germany. You had me at West German Pottery!
and thehomeicreate got all this for less than $50! I need to go shopping with her!
Bravo everyone!
Now don’t forget to stop by and check out all my co-hosts to see what they’ve been up and their favorite #ThriftScoreThursday finds.
Would you like to be a guest host? If re you an avid blogger + Instagrammer who also loves thrifty finds? We’d love to have you join us for a week of Thrift Score Thursday! If you’re interested, you can apply right here!

Brynne@The Gathered Home
Ahh! It makes such a cute little planter! I’m not sure I would have given that little holder a second thought had I seen it in a thrift store – thank you for the inspiration! The mini tiger is adorable as well!
Also, I literally saved each and every one of those features on my phone while I was trying to narrow down my choices this week! 😀
Corinna - ADesignerAtHome
You thrift the coolest things! I love that you’ve repupurposed it into a planter. Perfection! I see you featured some of the things I sadly closed tabs on. It’s getting to be that epic time of year when everyone gets rid of their awesome stuff for those of us that know better 😉

Corinna I love it when everyone chooses different things and sometimes when I’m making my picks there are things that I think are great but then I think, That is totally Corinna, or Cassie, or Brynne I know that will be her pick so I’m going to leave that one for her.
Hope all those purgers mean I score some goodies this week!
