Happy #ThriftScoreThursday my friends! It has been a busy week for me but that doesn’t mean I didn’t get in a few thrift finds along the way. This weeks finds seem to have a real bohemian feel and I love it! But what I.m even more excited about is the fact that I scored a few items I’ve been hunting for a while.
My first find was this colorful patchwork Kantha Quilt. I have been looking for something like this to make pillow covers out of for a while so when I found a huge pile of these at a salvage store I knew I needed one for myself. This one is 60″x90″ so I will be able to get a lot of covers out of just one. In this photo you’ll also see a tiny brass table I scored for $10 that will be perfect as a plant stand.
I also brought home this great purse made from what looks like woven pine needles. I spotted this a while back at the antique mall where I have my shop and loved the delicate weave. When I saw this week that it was on sale for 30% off I decided it had to be mine, lets call it an early Mother’s Day gift to myself.
And this little guy, let’s just say I saw him and couldn’t say no. (You know I have weakness for brass.) The tag says it is a llama but I kind of think it looks like a silly donkey. Either way I think he’s really cute.

Thrifty doesn’t necessarily mean from a thrift store. We want to see your good deals, wacky finds and true treasures.

dravenmade found the EXACT coffee table she’d been wanting for her living room at an auction for just $15, what a deal!
erin_coleen a chair hunter after my own heart spotted this pink velvet slipper chair. If only she had room for it. If only I had room for it!
melissabrandman scored her best Goodwill find EVER, Brass Unicorn Bookends. The unicorn is my thrift charm so hopefully it brings her luck too.
biggerthanthethreeofus got a crazy good deal on this headboard, $15! I’d have taken this one home with me at that price too.
