Happy Friday guys! Yesterday a shared my I completed my One Room Challenge and I’m feeling like it’s time for a rest, a little vacation might be nice… but you know the adage “no rest for the weary.” Instead of a rest I decided to do something I’ve missed during our two years in Germany. I signed a lease for a new retail space. Nothing fancy, just a large space at the Ivy House antique mall in Eglin, SC.
This is a huge high-five for me! I am so excited to have my store back but at the same time am totally unprepared to do it TODAY. That’s right I got a call on Wednesday that the Ivy House, which was devastated by the recent flooding here in South Carolina, is reopening on Sunday. They have space available and if I can get moved in by Sunday I can be a part of the Grand Re-Opening. What I have two days to get an entire 11’x 13′ retail space set? Well, I’ve decided to jump in with both feet and get as much as I can done in that short time. So while I love you guys I guess I better get out of here and get to work. Wish me luck!
Here are a few more high-fives for the week…
1.The photo above of a colorful Brooklyn loft shared by Architectural Digest España is amazing, but the full tour is even better…
2. The final reveals from the Fall 2015 round of Calling it Home’s One Room Challenge, 130 fabulous room updates completed in just six weeks.
3. Emily Henderson shared on her blog an amazing LA vintage store called 45Three, I think I may just move right in and never leave!
2. This DIY kit from Vintage Revivals, a modern take on the Christmas wreath just in time for the holidays.
5. Always a fan of street art I couldn’t help but love these re-purposed wood doors and furniture transformed into geometric faces on the streets of Belgium.
Have a great weekend,

Congrats on the new retail space! And I love that photo of the Brooklyn loft. It’s simply gorgeous, with the mix of colors from flowers and the fur on the chairs. Thanks for sharing!
