With the winter in full swing here in Germany I am looking at this cozy Mongolian lamb skin jacket with new appreciation. What better way to spend the winter than wrapped up in a warm cozy cloud of soft Mongolian lamb’s wool. Okay so I probably won’t run out and buy this jacket, but I have seen some fantastic lambs wools accessories for the home that I do have my eye on.
I know some of you out there may not approve of fur so I must share that while this is a natural hide, like a cow hides, it comes from an animal that is a food source whose hide would otherwise be wasted. Much more tolerable than an animal that has been raise purely for its pelt. As long as I continue to eat lamb chops I can’t frown on lamb skin wools too much.
Here a few great ways to add the texture and warmth of Mongolian Lambs wool to your home.
What great texture and warmth the lambs wool adds to this otherwise sleek nursery designed by Studio Revolution
And look how cozy and wintery the Mongolian Lamb Shag pillow looks here featured on the West Elm, Ainslie sofa. I just love West Elm.
West Elm sells these amazing pillows in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors.
But don’t just look for this fabulous texture on pillows. I am seeing it all over. As rugs, throws and even upholstery,.
